Organisational Effectiveness

The CEC website has undergone a refresh. You may have used an old bookmark to reach this page. Please update your bookmarks by 30 April 2020 when the redirects end.

Organisational Effectiveness is the practice of ongoing, systematic organisational change to enhance performance. Change happens through increased organisational learning, knowledge transfer, effective leadership practice and transformation of organisational norms and values.

The CEC delivers these functions through an internal consultancy model to the NSW health system, providing four core services.

Requests for tailored bespoke support are considered on an individual basis. For more information contact CEC-CapabilityAndCulture@health.nsw.gov.au
