CEC Clinical Council Members
Become a member of Clinical Council
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced clinicians who currently work within the public health sectors of NSW to serve as members of the Clinical Council.
In particular we seek the involvement of practising clinicians, including clinical nurses, allied health professionals, junior medical staff (RMO or registrar), senior medical staff and senior practising clinicians, from rural/remote and metropolitan areas. We welcome applications from all areas of practice by individuals who feel they can contribute to the CEC’s mission of building confidence in healthcare in NSW, by making it demonstrably better and safer for patients and a more rewarding workplace.
This position is honorary. Travel and accommodation expenses will be met for rural representatives.

Duration of membership
The term of office for Clinical Council members is for a period of two years (2). Members may be eligible for re-appointment for a further period of two years only.
Frequency of meetings
Bi - Monthly via a mixture of face-to-face and video/teleconference
Reimbursement
Council membership is an honorary position. Travel and accommodation expenses for rural participants will be reimbursed.

If you wish to apply you are required to write a letter to the CEO, include your CV outlining your skills and experience against the selection criteria. Also advise of anything specific you feel you can bring to the CEC Clinical Council.
