Organisational Development

Organisational Development (OD) is the practice of ongoing, systematic organisational change to enhance performance. Change happens through increased organisational learning, knowledge transfer, effective leadership practice and transformation of organisational norms and values.

The CEC delivers these functions through an internal consultancy model to the NSW health system, providing four core services:
