Kate Clezy wins at the 2025 SDPR Awards

The 2025 Single Digital Patient Record Award winners have been announced! Congratulations Kate Clezy!

We are proud to share that the CEC’s Kate Clezy has won the award for Excellence in Leadership. Kate won this award along with Hunter New England Local Health District’s Sarah Browning, for their co-chair roles in the Single Digital Patient Record Infection Control and Infectious Diseases Working Group.

Congratulations to CEC’s Maternity and Neonatal Safety Program (MNSP) team and Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) team which were named finalists in the 2025 Single Digital Patient Record Putting Patients First and Excellence in Collaboration Awards.

The MNSP team consists of Maria Crilley, Jo Davis, Amanda Reilly, Morwenna Williams, Jackie Hattam, Sarah Lyons, Deb Randall, Jill Patterson, Kristen Rickard and Michael Stoj.

The SDPR consists of Michael Nicholl, Harvey Lander, Nina Muscillo, Kate Clezy, Paul Hudson, Ryan Thomas, Lucy Nair, Sarah Lyons, Kathy Dempsey, Jacquie Sullivan, Caron Shaw, Penny O’Beid and Maria Crilley.

These achievements reflect the outstanding contributions of these teams in driving collaboration and advancing safety in the implementation of the SDPR across NSW.
