Getting the right help
If you are worried about the care you or someone else has received, it's important to contact the organisation that can review what happened and respond to you directly.
For concerns about care, contact:
- the health service where the care was provided, such as the hospital, service or local health district, or
- the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission, which reviews complaints about health care in NSW.
These organisations can assess your concern and explain next steps.
We use information from across NSW Health to improve safety, focusing on system‑wide learning rather than reviewing or investigating individual complaints.
