The CEC invites you to attend a masterclass on developing a Restorative Just Culture on Thursday 30 June 2022, at the Kirribilli Club, North Sydney.

The Restorative Just Culture Masterclass will provide a forum for executive leaders and their leadership teams to develop their understanding of what a restorative just culture will mean for their organisation and to plan for their health services and implementation of Zero Suicide in Care (ZSiC) initiative and workshop.

The Masterclass is for LHD/SHN Executive and Mental Health leaders and their leadership team(s).

The Masterclass will be led by the CEC and some world leaders in the field of RJC in healthcare:

  • Jo Wailling, Senior Research Fellow/Facilitator, Te Ngāpara Centre for Restorative Practice, Victoria University Wellington Aotearoa/New Zealand
  • Dr Kathryn Turner, Executive Director Metro North Mental Health, Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital Brisbane
  • Diana Grice, Director of Nursing Robina Hospital and Community Services, Gold Coast.
