Register of Emergency and Life-saving Medicines

Access the Register of Emergency and Life-saving Medicines

The Register of Emergency and Life-saving Medicines (REALM) provides indicative stock holding information for emergency and life-saving medicines (antidotes, antivenoms, and other critical medicines) across NSW public hospitals.

The register is updated daily and includes the location of these medicines within the hospital and relevant hospital contact information that can be shared between NSW hospitals.

Previously known as the Life Saving Drugs Register (LSDR), REALM was released in October 2025 as an update to the online platform, including a refreshed, more intuitive user interface and a name change.

Expert Advisory Group

The CEC Life Saving Drugs Expert Advisory Group (EAG) provides expert advice on future enhancements to REALM and develops strategies to improve access to these medicines across the state.
